We specialize in real estate and our price includes all closing cost on most purchases. Title Insurance protects against unpaid taxes, Old or No surveys, Fraud and Forgery, Utilities, Zoning and other potential title problems.

• Our price is for a standard single-family residential land purchase up to $500,000.00. Please call for a quote for prices on purchases over $500,000.00.

• Our price is for two purchasers and includes one institutional mortgage being registered on title.

• ** Our price does not include land transfer taxes, registration fees or title insurance policies.. Please refer to the land transfer calculator on the web site to determine what your liability will be. Title insurance prices will vary depending upon which carrier we use and this may be determined by the type of dwelling you are purchasing.

• There may be an additional charge for couriers if the closing funds are not in our trust account by noon on the day of closing.

• Any title issues which are of an unusual nature and need to be resolved as part of the purchase process will be charged at our hourly rate of $450.00.
